the proximity to the airport is amazing! it is an easy walk to the terminals. i also appreciate the convenience of having a grocery store right across the street, it made getting snacks super easy. plus, there's a restaurant next door, so dining options are readily available!

the room was a bit small. there wasn't a lot of extra space for luggage.

This hotel is super handy to the airport. An easy walk, even with luggage! there is also easy access to outlet shopping. a short walk takes you past the butterfly park.

The air conditioning worked well. This was really appreciated, especially since it was hot outside. the sheets and blankets were clean. The soap in the shower smelled fantastic! i slept really well. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was quite small, it was hard to open my suitcase fully. also, the air conditioning seemed stuck on one temperature. I couldn't adjust it to make the room cooler. the staff seemed too busy to really address my concerns about the temperature.

Surprised by the Cleanliness and Convenience!

My room had blackout blinds. This helped a lot. The location is super convenient with grocery shopping just across the street! The hotel also offers free use of a washing machine and dryer, which I found helpful.

Soundproofing could be better. I heard corridor noise late at night. Guests returning late should be asked to keep the noise down, as it woke me up.

The hotel is super close to the airport, a quick shuttle ride made my travels easy! i found a fantastic pub just next door. Its lively atmosphere was wonderful. the convenience of eateries within walking distance added to the charm. the shuttle service was excellent. It ran frequently and was very reliable.

The walls were a little thin. I could hear conversations from the next room, a bit distracting.

The staff sent a message asking about special requests before check-in. I was impressed the staff provided a special setup upon arrival. The staff confirmed the details with me discreetly. This demonstrated personalized service.

There was no shampoo or conditioner , just an all in one to use in the shower. The toilet cistern kept running. No plugs by the beds was inconvenient.
