The location is excellent, offering convenient access to key attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful. I found the interior design gorgeous. It had clean modern bathrooms. The shower was huge, a real bonus after a long day.
The gym's ventilation needs improvement, as there was a noticeable odor from the rubber flooring

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Everything

I received a lovely room upgrade upon my arrival. It reminded me of a special treat! the staff provided really good service. The views from the upper floors were a good highlight! The room was very quiet. It allowed for a very peaceful night.
The check-in line was somewhat long, it could be improved. Though it wasn't a major issue.

a heavenly stay by the harbor

a complimentary room upgrade greeted us. i stayed for five nights. chris, the concierge, offered invaluable aid. katie gwynn and claire wheeler shone in the club lounge, sharing local lore with tender care. i look forward a return.
check-in was long. staff seemed disinterested in assisting with club level access initially. it was a minor hiccup in a otherwise perfect experience.
