The room was well presented. i especially appreciated the full-sized business desk provided, it allowed me to work comfortably. housekeeping was also very friendly and accommodating. I found this particularly helpful. i enjoyed the clean and quiet atmosphere within the room.
My check-in was not ideal. I waited quite a while past the designated check-in time for my room. the coffee machine also did not work, disappointing. i hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience.

leaking shower headrust stains
My stay started okay but had some drawbacks. i found no usb or type-c port available in my room for charging my phone. This was rather inconvenient. the shower head leaked water all night. its constant dripping interrupted my sleep. also, the bathtub looked a bit broken and had noticeable rust stains.

the room they gave me was a bit of a letdown. decor wasn't really as fresh or excellent as i hoped for, especially considering the price. i paid extra for the park view room, but from the 10th floor, i barely saw anything.
