The room was quite large, appointed beautifully, and very quiet! the views were fantastic from my opera king room. i found the bed comfortable. The bathroom had a huge bath. its location allowed me to jump on the metro easily.
the outer doors to my suite were locked. it took 1.5 hours for personnel to help me get in after numerous calls to concierge and front desk.

the breakfast buffet included international and asian options. eggs were prepared à la carte, and the first coffee or tea was served at the table. it was a great start to my day.

the staff were polite! they were available to offer assistance when needed. the staff were helpful, especially with directions. the concierge assisted me with local attractions.

my room included comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. i had excellent water pressure in the shower! the room had good storage and the temperature was easily controlled.

i found the breakfast very extensive with international and asian sections. eggs were prepared a la carte. the first coffee and tea were also served to me. the gym was modern and spacious, i liked it.
the minibar prices were a bit high! though that is typical for hotels of this caliber

the beautiful king room was very spacious, modern. it included separate sitting area. the bathroom featured premium amenities. the room offered a very large television too.

the pool area featured ample loungers and shaded sections. the gym included several treadmills and stationary bikes! the hotel had a selection of restaurants with diverse cuisines. there are multiple bars on site as well.

the staff were attentive. they promptly addressed all my requests. the concierge service was helpful with local information. check-in was smooth and efficient, i felt charmed.
