the reception staff were warm and helpful upon my arrival after a long journey. my room had excellent water pressure in the shower, a real treat. getting to the airport shuttle was very easy directly after a smooth checkout process from the hotel main doors.

the lighting directly over the bed seemed quite bright at night.

I found the parking situation unacceptable. I was not informed about the $35 per night parking fee upon arrival. Discovering cockroaches in my room was also very concerning. It significantly detracted from my experience. These issues need addressing.

the location is super convenient because i could walk to the airport the staff was friendly and helpful i found it easy to get around the area because of its accessibility also i appreciated that there was a krispy kreme donuts shop next door

the rooms are very small i also noticed the bathroom was quite tiny it made moving around a bit difficult parking cost extra and the price felt a bit high considering what the hotel offered

the bed was comfortable. the hotel was clean. i was impressed with the level of soundproofing because i didn't hear any flights taking off. the shuttle service got me to the airport terminal quickly.

The luggage trolley in my room was broken. the bathroom got soaked when i showered. I could not avoid it. some small improvements would make a big difference.

The staff was very helpful during check-in. The shuttle service offered convenient transport to the terminals. I found an excellent Indian restaurant up the road from the hotel. My room was clean and the bed provided adequate comfort for a good night's rest.
