acceptable stay but issues with service

easy locationpoor serviceunreplaced glasses
the location was easy for getting around town.
I found the room service to be lacking. They left rubbish if it wasn't in the bin and didn't replace used glasses, which i thought was pretty poor. i rinsed them myself in the bathroom. the hallways had plates and glasses left outside rooms for over a day too, i noticed.

decent location, some issues

central locationgood varietyfriendly staffnoisy air conditioningwater absencedirty cutlery
the location was central to many attractions. breakfast was plentiful and included a good variety. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
The air conditioning was noisy. It made clunky sounds. there was no water provided in the room, just a tap in the bathroom. some cutlery outside our door stayed dirty for the entire stay. It was from previous guests.
