I found the location very convenient, easily accessible from the airport. public transportation was also close. the check in process was easy. The staff was cheerful. they explained all the facilities well and I found the decor nice.
I was little disappointed because a lamp in my room did not work. also some electrical outlets were defective. i think it needs maintenance.

the room included a large television. it also had coffee, tea, and milk. an iron with an ironing board was available. i appreciated the phone in the room too.

the fitness area was a pleasant surprise. there is a bar and cafe on arrival level, an unusual and cool set up. this hotel provided a great view, especially from the café area.

Food and drinks were available for purchase. i found the eating area ambient. while the hotel does not have its restaurant, a café provides options like sandwiches and cup noodles. It has an espresso machine.

the Hotel common areas needed better cleanliness. i noticed dirty dishes around the lobby. those Same dishes were still there in the morning.

The location proved excellent. I walked to the terminal in under 20 minutes. The bed offered great comfort. The rooftop lounge bar had amazing views.
The coffee machine in the room produced weak coffee.
