Wonderful Central Stay
excellent location convenient access early check-in staff friendliness
The hotel's location proved excellent I found it easy to walk to many attractions. Early check-in was a plus the hotel accommodated my request without issue. Parking was available directly underneath the hotel providing convenient access. The staff demonstrated friendliness throughout my stay addressing all my needs promptly.
The bathroom sink drained slowly an inconvenience I hope they address.

The reception staff were helpful at all hours they assisted with directions and provided extra amenities upon request. The concierge was efficient with luggage handling and offered useful local information. Requests were dealt with quickly.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of options it included both hot and cold items. Tables were available without a wait this made the mornings efficient. I found the quality of food to be high.

This hotel is located near the temple bar area. it's within walking distance to almost everything including public transportation. the staff seems caring. the room was comfortable. It included a king bed, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron.
i payed for a junior suite, and i was shocked at the state of the room. tables and chairs looked damaged and worn. there was cigarette burn marks all over them and stains on the couches and chairs.

A Nice City Stay
prime location maintained room friendly staff
The location worked well. I could easily walk to many attractions from the hotel. The room was well kept (I really appreciate that!). The staff were also friendly and helpful.
One elevator was out of service , causing slight delays.

The breakfast offered many options with something for everyone (especially loved the variety of pastries!). I found the food to be fresh and well-prepared, made the start to each day quite enjoyable.

The reception area was well done and cute. I noticed a coffee maker in the room, a convenient addition. The bathroom included both a bath and an excellent shower.

attentive staff spacious room wide selection
the staff was attentive and the location proved ideal for exploring local attractions we found the room spacious and well appointed with both a shower and a separate bath which added a touch of luxury the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection ensuring a good start to each day
the air conditioning in the room seemed to have difficulty reaching the desired cool temperature creating a slightly warm environment

the hotel provides a fitness center equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes there is also a pool area with twenty loungers including a shaded section perfect for relaxation and leisure activities

the hotel location is close to many tourist spots. staff members were attentive to our needs and friendly with my children. the family room was large and clean. the hotel offers great service and comfort.
