Really good Stay

cute reception beautiful courtyard view thoughtful turndown helpful staff
The reception area presented a cute first impression. The bar was well-stocked, great for a relaxing drink. Our bedroom featured a larger layout than many other stays. The courtyard view from our room was beautiful. The turndown service, complete with chocolates, I found thoughtful. The friendly and helpful staff elevated the experience, surpassing many hotels I have visited both in Ireland and abroad.
I noticed very SLIGHTLY that the elevator floor indicator wasn't working.

underwhelming stay

disorganized breakfast unenthusiastic staff
i was pretty annoyed by a few things. first, i found that the breakfast service was oddly disorganized. getting a simple coffee refill took far too long. plus the mini bar prices reminded me of highway robbery, and some of the staff seemed less than enthusiastic to help when i asked questions. it just didn't live up to what i expected.
