the staff showed AMAZING attention. Ricardo at the front desk was SO helpful and friendly! He explained the best ways to navigate the city and guided me to the best public transport options. The hotel provided a convenient water station, I really appreciate that. Breakfast was the best, hands down!!!
I wasn't too happy with the plastic cups being used throughout the hotel.
