unique lighting pancake machine
the room was modern with unique lighting. the breakfast had many choices including a pancake machine which i found amazing.
I noticed the air conditioning did not work well. The fan blew too much or too little

street noise hard bed
the room faced the street. it was quite noisy at times. the bed was also firmer than i prefered. breakfast lacked enough variety. it became monotonous after a few days.

odd layout temperamental air conditioning
I found the room layout quite odd. There wasn't a proper desk or adequate surface area. it was like wasted space. the air conditioning was also a bit temperamental. it either blasted cold air or barely worked. So it goes

excellent location friendly staff music theme
the hotel location is excellent. it is close to a beautiful park. a metro station is easily accessible. the rooftop view is wonderful. the staff is very friendly and helpful (ismael and diogo at reception were particularly good). the music theme is carried through the reception, breakfast area, and rooms.
my room faced the street, and it was quite noisy at times.

This hotel has a convenient luggage storage. Staff allowed an early luggage drop off, it was useful. The hotel offers fresh bottled water daily, I liked it. They have a rooftop pool that provided a relaxing experience.
