helpful staff welcome drink convenient location
the staff were helpful and friendly i got a welcome drink upon arrival that was a great touch the location is super central it's close to the metro and all sorts of amenities it's just so convenient. i found amazing music in the lounge it gave such a stylish atmosphere i also appreciated how clean and stylish everything was. the breakfast was good i found it very convenient with many choices i thought the staff were very helpful too.
i noticed a slight inconvenience the bathroom door was a bit stuck but i managed.

excellent location many choices
the location is excellent! i could easily walk to the metro and rossio square. there were many choices at the cafe and restaurant right in front
the hairdryer barely worked, i even had to unplug it to stop. there was no fridge in the room either

The staff was quite helpful , offering directions and suggestions for local restaurants. Breakfast was served at a nearby sister hotel , just a short walk away. The room had a coffee machine , which I found very convenient.
My room was rather small , and space for luggage was limited. The elevator was also small and slow , which could be inconvenient during peak hours. The street outside was noisy at times , particularly early in the morning.

convenient metro great staff bistro discount marathon perk
the all-day breakfast option until 10 PM WAS a fantastic perk, especially after the half marathon. I also appreciated the tea, coffee, and water available in the room. The staff was cute, and the 10% bistro discount was a welcome bonus. the proximity to the metro and elevator to the castle proved very useful.

The location was really convenient. I found it easy to reach many attractions from here. My room had Nespresso coffee and pods and a fridge. I appreciated these amenities.
The shower was difficult to control. The water temperature fluctuated quite a bit. The hairdryer barely worked. I had to unplug it to stop it. The elevator was small and old.

adequate stay with some issues
inconvenient location bathroom smell
the bathroom door was awkward. the shower door's location was inconvenient , too. there was also a bad smell in the bathroom , which was not pleasant. i also found the bar closed too early at 11pm.
