convenient location clean room sufficient breakfast polite staff
I found the location very convenient. It allowed easy access to many attractions. the rooms were clean. This contributed positively to my overall comfort. breakfast offered sufficient options, and i felt satisfied with the choices. the staff members were polite. They helped me with directions.
I noticed some street noise late at night. This made it slightly difficult to fall asleep quickly.

convenient location amazing staff helpful recommendations fresh pastries
I found the location convenient. it was a short walk to many attractions and public transport (the metro was very close!). the staff was amazing, always ready to help with a smile. i really appreciated their friendliness and willingness to offer recommendations. the breakfast buffet had great options. I particularly loved the fresh pastries and fruit.
the elevator was a bit slow at peak times, but that was a minor inconvenience.

the breakfasts had nice choices. staff helped us a lot. the christmas decorations outside looked beautiful. the hotel's location was very convenient.
I noticed a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals. i had some trouble connecting to the wi-fi. Sometimes it was weak.

A Charming Stay in the Heart of Everything
clean rooms great location available amenities
The hotel provided tea and water in the room, lovely after a long day. The location was excellent with many restaurants close by. I appreciated the availability of shower caps in the bathroom. They came in handy. The staff was nice and kept the rooms and bathroom so clean.
The elevator access to the fifth floor was sometimes slow, it made waiting for the elevator on the first floor a bit frustrating.
