Signature dishes include Cataplana of fresh fish and seafood, poached turbot with coriander, and confit goat leg. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Brunch is served on Sundays. The Scale Bar offers snacks and dishes, accompanied by cocktails and a wine selection. The Up Scale Bar, located on the rooftop, serves drinks with city views.
Leisure and Wellness
EPIC SANA Lisboa features two swimming pools: an indoor heated pool at the SPA and an outdoor pool on the 9th-floor terrace. SAYANNA Wellness & SPA includes seven treatment rooms, a double suite with bath, a relaxation room, a 14-meter pool with waterfalls, a wet area with sauna and Turkish bath, an ice fountain, and sensory showers.
