EXCELLENT Hotel Near EVERYTHING!

The hotel is close to the metro station. It takes one to the airport quickly. The hotel is also very close to a large shopping center. A beach promenade features a variety of international restaurants, VERY CONVENIENT. The hotel staff is very helpful.
The heating system was old, and it blew cold air! I complained, but nothing happened.

the air conditioning system performed poorly, so i adjusted it repeatedly without achieving a comfortable temperature in the room. these issues are hardly acceptable.

The location near the Oriente Train Station is great. The mall and various restaurants are near. The room was quite clean. The staff was friendly indeed.
The shower temperature fluctuates too much. This makes it unsafe for the children. The jacuzzi wasnt in use. The swimming pool was cold, very disappointing.
