Palatial Stay I'll Never Forget!

The complimentary shuttle made getting to the Belem Tower so easy. The breakfast options were fantastic. I was like royalty with top-tier hospitality and hotel grounds. The indoor pool and sauna access.
The gym equipment felt quite old. It really needs some maintenance. I hope they can update the equipment soon.

Excellent Stay in a Grand Setting

The breakfast choice was very good. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially multilingual staff. They spoke English and French. Some staff members spoke other languages. The buildings and grounds were as fine as you would expect.
The hotel is not located centrally. A short taxi ride is required to reach the center. the location provided a very relaxing experience away from any central disturbances.

The breakfast buffet featured a vast array of options. The Allegro bar crafted wonderful drinks and provided delicious food. Many guests enjoyed the varied choices available each morning.

cold pool waterbroken drains
the spa WAS a real letdown. THE pool water felt too cold, and the dry sauna had a plywood patch on one wall. i also noticed some broken and dirty drains under the showers. it DEFINITELY needs an upgrade.
