I liked that i could leave my bags before check-in. this let me explore. the staff were great. The receptionist was lovely. a bonus was the halal food delivery cards available. i didn't use them then, but i took them for my next visit.

the noise from the bar was quite noticeable. it impacted my sleep on the second night, a friday, as i could hear all the music clearly.

I discovered a dirty teaspoon with milk stains in my room. It had not been washed. the hot shower was not working the next morning, though the sink had hot water. it was a bit disappointing.

The staff were helpful. They provided information about bus routes. The bus stop was very close allowing easy access to the city center. The room included a lovely selection of teas and coffees.

I found that the hot shower wasn't working. Only the wash hand basin had hot water. One of the teaspoons was dirty. It had a milk stain all over it.
