Decent Stay Near the University

friendly staffwarm roomeasy accessmodernisation needcreaky bedblocked shower drain
I found the staff very friendly. They are eager to please. The room I had was warm and clean. Access in and out of the building was easy. These were all entry-level requirements, but good nonetheless!
The room could use some modernisation. Our bed creaked a lot, quite annoying. The shower drain was blocked, so water pooled. Parking locally is a nightmare. Most streets are restricted until late.

musty smellmissing soundproofing
the room reeked of old furniture. it was like stepping into a time capsule, only one that hadn't been properly aired out in decades. and the noise. oh, the noise! it sounded like a bowling alley was directly above me all night. i think soundproofing must have been optional when they built this place.
