AMAZING stay, HIGHLY recommended!

Check-in was easy with the automated system. The shared space offered a convenient fridge and microwave. Bus stops were SUPER close. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. The room was very clean and well taken care of. I had everything I needed in the room, like tea, coffee, bottled water and haribo.

The carpet and entrance areas in the shared spaces could use a little refreshing.

Instructions for the key pad were very clear and easy to follow. Access to the room was EASY. The staff promptly addressed issues with the shower and refilled the soap.

good heating spacious room dirty carpet unclean furniture

the room offered very good heating. it was spacious. the benches located outside were nice. i enjoyed them on sunny days.

the room's carpet seemed not vacuumed recently. furniture surfaces also seemed not completely clean. i noticed this upon arrival.

The location was convenient with easy access to bus stops. The room was clean and spacious (I found it quite comfortable!). I liked the coffee machine that served excellent coffee.

The walls seemed a bit thin, I could hear noises from other rooms.

Bus stops are very close, only two to three minutes walking distance. Haymarket station is within a ten-minute walk. This made the hotel easy to get to.

comfortable stay!

spacious bathroom large desk

The room featured a spacious bathroom and a large desk. plenty of wardrobe space allowed for easy storage of clothes. a communal fridge, kettle, and microwave were available. the bus service was excellent. The airport bus stopped just across the road.

i found that the room doors could not be closed quietly. this caused some disturbance . it would be beneficial to address this issue to improve the overall experience .

The location NEARBY a bus stop was convenient. The bus took me directly to the airport quickly. My room had tea, coffee, and bottled water replenished daily.

The decor in the hallways seemed a little outdated.

the location proved convenient, particularly with a nearby bus stop. i found the room spacious and it had comfortable beds. the availability of complimentary coffee, cereals, and pastries for breakfast was a welcome addition.

i noted no staff were on site, which could be a concern for some guests.
