I found the staff friendly and accomodating. The beds were comfy and clean. The bedroom and bathroom both had great sizes. There was plenty of room for storage.

The hotel don't has a lift. This can be hard if you have heavy bags.

The room has a bed. Fresh towels and linens were provided. There is one window with blackout curtains which keep the room dark. The walls are painted in neutral colors.

Fantastic Experience!

convenient location comfy beds spacious rooms accomodating staff

I found the location convenient. It is a short walk to the city center and close to public transport options. The beds felt very comfy and the rooms were spacious! The staff accommodated my early check-in request at short notice, and I am thankful for it.

the staff provided complimentary coffee with snacks near the lobby (a nice touch for early mornings). i found the room to be quite spacious with great cleanliness. the location near the tram and bus station made getting around simple.

the absence of a lift made carrying luggage up the stairs a bit challenging.

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, gladly assisting with luggage since there is no elevator. i noticed they prepared complimentary coffee and snacks near the lobby, a thoughtful touch. my room was very spacious and clean, something i greatly value when traveling (it makes a big difference!).

Adequate But With Issues

awkward toilet paper holder strong musty smell

I had a few frustrations . The bathroom really needs an update. The toilet paper holder was in a very awkward spot. It made sitting on the toilet uncomfortable. Plus, there was a strange smell in the hallway, like must or mold. The overall quality seemed a bit lacking!!!
