The Keelman and Big Lamp Brewery features two buildings: The Keelman's Lodge and Salmon Cottage. The Keelman's Lodge is a single-story building with six en-suite rooms; one room is suitable for wheelchair access. Salmon Cottage is a two-story lodge offering eight en-suite bedrooms. Rooms 7 to 14 are located in Salmon Cottage. Ground and upper-ground floor rooms include king-size double beds and en-suite facilities. Standard bathrooms offer showers with shower curtains. Room features include free WiFi, ironing facilities, heating, a sitting area, a terrace, garden furniture, free toiletries, an electric kettle, a flat-screen TV, and carpeted floors. Some rooms provide a seating area with a desk, a terrace, and a private bathroom. Rooms include doors to the bathroom (approx. 700mm), doors from the landing to the bedroom (approx. 775mm), and a wall-mounted mirror with a pull cord light. The gap between the wall and the double bed is approximately 425mm.

The Keelman Pub and Restaurant, a Grade II listed building opposite the accommodation, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including a continental or à la carte breakfast. The menus range from panini and snacks to bar lunches and dinners. The adjoined pub serves hot food and award-winning beers brewed on-site at The Big Lamp Brewery. Guests can enjoy a range of fine ales brewed in the traditional way at the Big Lamp Brewery next door. The bar and restaurant feature a conservatory overlooking the patio, trees, and lodges toward the river. Access to the dining area is through double glass doors, a 1210mm door with a 30mm lip, or via the conservatory entrance.

Access to Keelman's Lodge is via a paved walkway with a slight decline and a dropped kerb to accommodate wheelchair users. The nearest airport is 10 km away.
