Breakfast is served 7:30-9:30 am Monday to Saturday and 8:00-10:00 am on Sundays.

The hotel was up to a great standard. The room size was satisfactory, and the bathroom was well-equipped. I found USB ports on the plugs, convenient. The staff were nice.
The floorboards creaked a little at night (it's an older building).

The hotel is located close to the Botanic Gardens. I also found the River Kelvin nearby. Regular buses run into the city center, easy to travel. It is in a quiet area.

Breakfast was decent and offered a menu suiting most tastes. There was a selection of full Scottish options. The breakfast lady was friendly and helpful (thanks to her!).

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. I also appreciated the high ceiling in my double room. The room was clean and well presented, I had a quiet comfortable room.

I found the location excellent, right by the botanic gardens (a real treat!). the family room was very spacious. the staff were really approachable. the private parking was also within easy distance. I felt secure leaving my car there overnight.

The rooms had Excellent Size. The breakfast provided offered good choices. I would book this hotel again if needed in the area. THE cleanliness was also notable throughout my stay.

i really appreciated the location just by the botanic gardens. the private car park behind was very convenient for my rental car. the triple room was spacious and very clean upon my arrival. i found the beds very comfortable and i have nothing bad to say about the shower.
