Ambassador Hotel has 26 rooms with a blend of Victorian features and modern design. Double rooms feature king-size beds. All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite television, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Some rooms offer views of the Botanic Gardens or the River Kelvin. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

Breakfast in Modern Room

A breakfast is available in the dining room, which was recently revamped. A selection of cereals, croissants, fruit juices, and porridge are available, along with oatcakes and cheese. The Full Scottish Breakfast includes grilled bacon, pork and beef sausages, black pudding, mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns, and fried bread. Guests can select eggs prepared scrambled, poached, fried, or boiled. Fresh toast with marmalade or jam, and coffee or tea are available. Breakfast is served 7:30-9:30 am Monday to Saturday and 8:00-10:00 am on Sundays.
