The location had easy access to buses, SO convenient for getting around! The room I had was spacious AND quiet.

The location was convenient, just a short distance to the castle. i found several restaurants and shops nearby. the room was quiet. I had no trouble sleeping at night.
The room felt rather small, especially the bathroom. the towels provided had an odd smell, like they hadn't been thoroughly washed. the wifi signal was weak. I had difficulty connecting at times.

cozy stay near the centre
friendly host lower floor comfortable bed hot shower
the host moved us to a lower floor upon seeing our heavy suitcases which I thought was really nice. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location allowed easy walks to the centre. the shower worked well with plenty of hot water.
the wifi signal was very weak so i was unable to stream any videos.

the hotel is a short 15-minute walk to princes street which is perfect for shopping. many cafes and coffee shops are nearby with nice breakfast options. the walk to the castle is manageable and takes about 15 minutes too.

The room includes tea and coffee facilities which were useful in the mornings. daily service is provided. The bed was made and amenities like coffee and milk were restocked. the bathroom contained all necessary items for showering and personal care.

spacious room central location helpful staff
i stayed in a spacious double room. the location was near the meadows, which i really liked! the staff were very cute and helpful. i found bus stops nearby that took me straight to the city center.
i noticed some noise from the street during the morning. it wasn't excessive, but lighter sleepers might consider bringing earplugs.

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Stay
easy access cleanliness travel plans
The location provides easy access to Haymarket train station and various restaurants. The double or twin room I booked offered considerable space and cleanliness. I also found it conveniently equidistant between the stadium and the town center, which greatly simplified my travel plans.
I noticed the absence of a receptionist after 6.00 PM. The self check-in process required a phone call to obtain the keybox code, which caused some initial stress.

cracked sink insecure luggage storage
the location suited my needs as it was near transport links.
The room was smaller than i expected. the sink in the bathroom was cracked, not ideal. also, the lack of secure luggage storage bothered me. The honor system is not enough.
