The staff was friendly and helpful. i found the location to be quite convenient (a short walk to many attractions). i also appreciated the evening musical interlude. It was a unique touch.

the staff was very friendly and helpful with information. i loved the music from allan. it was a delight. i learned amaizing things from him and the interesting stuff was a plus.
i didn't like to be ignored after the stay. i asked for a vat receipt when leaving and was asked to wait. i left my email address but the receipt didn't come. the breakfast was disappointing. there was just toast, milk, juice, and some cheddar.

The room i booked 'double room ensuite' was quite small. Moving around felt cramped. hygiene was a concern with some noticeable faults. the equipment seemed to be of poor quality. I found the overall experience disappointing.

I found the location great, a short walk to many sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was parking available, I was able to leave my car after check out for a few hours. I liked the live music in the evening, it was informative and entertaining.
