The team members were gracious. Breakfast had a good variety. The location was near transportation. The room was clean. The hotel stored my luggage. I liked that dinner was available two evenings. The cocktails were good. The drink selection was acceptable.
The TV in the room is outdated. It is not a Smart TV. I could only watch local channels.

The breakfast provided a good choice of everything. Staff kept adding fresh juice and coffee. The room was clean, the cleaning staff did a good job. The bus stop is very close to the hotel, about 200 meters away.
The shower did not drain properly. Thus, very quick showers were necessary.

The location was convenient, a short walk to the tram terminal! my room included super clean tea and coffee facilities. i appreciated the power shower. It was great.
The wi-fi and internet connection was pretty slow. I couldn't watch videos easily.

The employees created a cute ambiance. Breakfast was a culinary delight. the attached restaurant was a haven for relaxation. it had a fantastic atmosphere. we appreciated the ease of access to buses, trams, and trains. it made exploration effortless and enjoyable.
The floorboards creaked a bit, especially at night when others returned late. It was just a minor disturbance, though.

The staff demonstrated warmth and attentiveness to our needs. Their helpfulness enhanced our stay greatly. the receptionist was especially nice. he assisted us by upgrading our room without a charge.

The location offered excellent connectivity to the city center and stadium murrayfield. princess street was less than ten minutes, away. It allowed for easy access. the airport was accessible via nearby public transport, so smooth

Acceptable Haymarket Stay

The hotel is located near Haymarket Station. The staff at the reception desk were friendly. The restaurant service was efficient and the staff were very friendly (I felt welcome there).
The Queen room felt overpriced for what it offered. The room was cramped and had little storage space. This meant I had to use my suitcases to store my clothes.
