April called in advance and upgraded my room to a suite. This act was a lovely surprise.
The hotel had poor layout to access guest rooms. Navigating through crowded restaurant spaces to reach the guest rooms felt chaotic. Accessing the spa via the restaurant lacked a sense of privacy.

this space was beautifully designed for romance. our premium double room was very spacious. the tv even displayed a warm, personalised message for us, it was so sweet. slippers and robes were in our room, i felt very pampered.
the upgraded room was a little basic, it needed more space to hang and store our clothes. we were staying for several nights. it made relaxing difficult.

the staff provided water and bowls for my dog. i appreciated access to the garden with my dog each morning it was convenient. i enjoyed access to the pool and sauna it was very relaxing.
the walls seemed thin i could hear corridor conversations. this made sleeping difficult each night i was there.

loud declaration crowded restaurant
it felt a bit embarrassing. offering me a croissant reminded me of a stingy solution.. i mean, it wasn't even offered as complimentary. also, getting to my room meant navigating through crowded restaurant spaces. It wasn't exactly a relaxing experience..
