the hotel offered great transport links (i particularly appreciated the bus stop right outside). the room i had was a good size. i also found plentiful workspace both in the room and in the open-plan bar and restaurant area.
the telephone system in the room did not work as marked, a minor inconvenience.

I found the bus service from the hotel very convenient. Buses left frequently. the breakfast had a lot of options, i especially liked the fresh fruit. i was grateful the rooms were super clean and quite modern. the staff left snacks and drinks with a congratulatory sign after the marathon, a kind touch.
the pool, sauna and steam room were available however the hot tub was not working .

Our room was clean and modern.. a great start to the stay. The comfy bed and pillows ensured restful nights. I also found breakfast offered ample tasty choices.
I encountered a slight inconvenience. The children's menu in the restaurant had some limitations, so our options felt a bit restricted.

i was kinda surprised to find that the staff refilled the mini fridge and coffee section daily. a bluetooth speaker was fitted in our room! netflix was accessible on the tv. i found these amenities very useful and convenient.
the car park entrance is easy to miss when approaching from corstorphine road. the signage could be more prominent. i think this small adjustment would greatly improve the arrival experience .

The bus stop is right outside. That part was convenient.
The pool was a disaster. The changing rooms were grimy. It felt overcrowded. I saw one fully dressed parent videotaping kids, odd and uncomfortable.
