charmed stay near ovo hydro

the bar had a lively atmosphere since everyone was there for the concert security were indeed friendly. the room was spotlessly clean which i appreciated. i also enjoyed meeting other guests staying at the hotel and mixing wonderful cocktails.
i noticed the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled it was set to heat even though it was summer. this made my room uncomfortably warm i needed it changed to cool to get a comfortable temperature.

the bar closed relatively early at 9.30 pm this meant that no food was available after that time. this was inconvenient as there were no other dining options nearby so i needed to plan my meals carefully.

the room did not have a luggage rack or a safety locker i found this inconvenient. there was also no tissue box available in the room nor a closet for clothing storage so i had to manage without these amenities.

lockers were available for storing belongings if attending events at the hydro or armadillo. this was a very useful service if i wanted to store something, and it made attending events nearby more convenient without a doubt.

staff were very busy due to ongoing concerts they handled queues professionally. they were also happy to assist with requests and i thought this really showed their dedication to customer service.

the location is very convenient near the sec. i appreciated the multi storey parking nearby. friendly staff. i liked how clean the hotel was with a comfy bed and lots of plugs for devices.
the breakfast buffet was just okay, not extraordinary.

I appreciated the hotel's location and the friendly staff. The room was well-equipped and clean. Breakfast had varied options, which I found good. The hotel is located close to a venue.
Soundproofing could be improved I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

the hydro was very close and it was perfect. the staff are friendly and cute. the shower was fantastic and it has floor lights that is perfect.
the room did not have a wardrobe and only a few hangers for clothes.

the hotel rooms are spacious. the location is perfect for events at the ovo hydro it is a five minute walk. the soundproofing is good i only realised this in the morning when i opened the window.
the bar service was poor the staff continued to chat or be on their phones whilst we waited to be served. i found the pillows on the bed like sleeping on a slab of concrete this resulted in a sleepless night. the breakfast choice wasn't great and plates were the size of a saucer.

I was disappointed with the bar snacks. A chicken burger cost £16, but it contained just a tiny chicken nugget. The chips were undercooked and cold. Onion rings, priced at £6, were soggy. It seemed as though the food was all microwaved. The breakfast was much better regarding food products than the bar snacks.
