The staff were very helpful at check in! the hotel was super clean. The rooms were well-kept. i really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available downstairs 24/7. the location was good. It was only a short walk to many points of interest.
i noticed the windows do not open, and the ventilation stops some time after being activated by a motion sensor?

The staff were helpful with recommendations. The room was super clean with a comfy bed. the air conditioning worked well. Spending most of my trip in the room, I felt grateful for its comfort, it had everything I needed for a peaceful stay. I had a great time.
I did not find tea or coffee facilities in the room. It would be nice to have that available. When I came back to the hotel at night, my room card was not working properly. There was no way to get any assistance from the front desk as there was no buzzer outside the main door.

the air conditioning was on a motion sensor. it turned off every hour, so i had to move. the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. it made the area slippery.

the location was acceptable (it wasn't too far from the main attractions).
i was really annoyed because there was no kettle in the room. i expected to be able to make myself a cup of tea whenever i wanted. also, the vending machine wouldn't accept card payments, so i couldn't even buy a bottle of water during the night, (what a joke!).

The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in.
The room was not very clean. I noticed dust and hair in several places. The air conditioning was also problematic, it. The motorized bed made annoying squeaking sounds whenever I moved.
