the location proves very handy for attending events at the ovo arena. a brief walk connects the hotel to the venue. i found free weekend parking quite beneficial. friendly staff ensured a smooth check-in and were always ready to assist.

the lighting in the bathroom was somewhat inadequate. makeup application proved challenging due to this issue. stronger illumination near the mirror would enhance functionality.

The staff were awesome! they were very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their positive attitude. the hotel's location is super convenient for getting to the hydro or secc! it's become my usual spot for events. the free wi-fi was fast too, handy for some quick video calls.

the hot tub was out of order but they didn't tell me before i arrived. the pool and changing rooms were really dirty. the floors were filthy, a big letdown considering i was looking forward to relaxing by the pool.
