I found that the in-room amenities were lacking. there were no shower caps or toothbrushes, items i expect at this price point. the tv was also quite old. I would have appreciated an updated entertainment system. this reminded me of a significant oversight for a hotel of this caliber and detracted from the otherwise upscale experience.

i had a problem with the air conditioning in my room. i called the reception, but the issue was not resolved promptly. this made the room uncomfortable for a while.

the location is excellent, easily accessible to many sites. the staff members were superb, always ready to assist. the interior design is amazing. i forgot my purse, but they couriered it within 48 hours.
i booked approximately a week before arrival and called the hotel to check parking. the hotel confirmed on-site parking was available. however, the hotel later stated that the car park was closed. the nearest parking was castle terrace ncp, some distance away.
