The retail park across from the hotel offered convenient access to various shops. The hotel provided parking at £5 per day. A bus stop located directly across the road offered frequent transport to the city center. Buses arrived every 20 minutes.
The sound isolation between rooms could be slightly improved.

Staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. David at the reception provided a warm welcome with a great attitude. He was particularly appreciated. The team worked hard to get everyone served.
