The parking fee felt excessive. I was only there briefly and it cost a small fortune! also, there was a distinct lack of milk in the room. one tiny sachet? really? that barely covers a single cup of tea, let alone two. it was like a miserly oversight.

The staff were helpful. Patricia, the Spanish girl, really stood out, she was so helpful. She went out of her way to assist, organized the bus to the tram, and provided very informative assistance. She is a great asset!
My room was a bit too cold. I was told it would heat up quickly. after an hour, I still could not take off my coat. It was drafty.

I found the location excellent because it is right beside the airport. This made our transfer very simple. a 24-hour shuttle service was available. the breakfast starting after 4am was a plus because of an early flight. i appreciated the gluten-free options too.
the evening meals took a long time to arrive. prices for what i perceived as microwave meals seemed high.
