the thermostat didn't work, so the room was cold. the tv kept dropping signal. they didn't tell us the heating was broken until i complained

the room was spacious with good lighting (something i always appreciate). the bed was very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. i also found that the hotel's location was very convenient for accessing transportation. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions i had.

the tv operation required some figuring out, but i eventually got the hang of it.

My room had a great shower! The staff was super helpful. They even brought me extra water. I also appreciated the bed. It was quite comfy. Breakfast was really worth it. and had a wide spread.

The hotel sent an email saying that a parking discount would be given. But on arrival, I had to pay full price!

i found the staff very friendly upon arrival. i checked in quickly at the front desk. the hotel stored my bags until my room became available. my room had all the essentials including an iron and ironing board.

the stairway had a musty smell. it was humid and felt mouldy. it was very unpleasant.
