hot chocolate friendly staff
i stayed in a family room and it was perfect everything i needed was there. there was a nice selection of coffee tea bags and hot chocolate too. the staff were awesome and so cute i felt right at home!
The kettle had a slight bit of dust. I cleaned it quickly.

The location is excellent. Transport from the city center is quite good, ALTHOUGH walkable. The breakfast was freshly made and very good. Customer attention and service are excellent.
The noise in the bathroom occurs every time one turns on the bathroom light.

The provided breakfast was amazing. It had fresh ingredients. The location is very close to many different restaurants. I found the proximity to the art gallery most convenient.
The elevator seemed a little slow at times.

dust accumulation poor bathroom cleaning
i encountered a couple of issues . the bathroom wasn't cleaned to a high standard. i also noticed thick dust on top of the television (it was pretty obvious, actually).

Excellent Stay Near the Hydro

The location proved convenient as the Hydro was just a short walk away (about 10-15 minutes). I found the weekend parking outside to be free, saving on parking costs. The staff were very helpful. Ryan, the duty manager, stood out for his willingness to assist. Our twin room was lovely. It featured a comfortable bed and a great shower.
The plumbing system created some noise when water was used, a slight disturbance during the night.
