the hotel is in a very neglected street it is an alley with no access for vehicles getting in and out with suitcases was very difficult at night it feels unsafe to walk around

Breakfast included many good options for a quick start to the day. I appreciated the staff's directions to nearby attractions. They were clear. The bathroom was unexpectedly large with great amenities. Receiving surprise gifts in the room was a wonderful touch. I felt cared for.
I noticed a slight delay in housekeeping service one afternoon, but it was resolved quickly.

The location is very central. The Rossio metro station is only 50 meters away. The hotel is on a quiet street, despite being so close to the main attractions. This allows for convenient access but also ensures peaceful rest.

The room had been refurbished and looked well kept. The bed featured generously sized pillows for added comfort. The rooms facing the courtyard benefited from being quiet. The room felt spacious, offering plenty of room to relax.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of food, including omelets made to order. The food was AMAZING!!! The breakfast display each morning had an appealing presentation. They provided a complimentary drink and pastry in the room as a welcome gesture.

the hotel was very close to the rossio metro station, really only a few minutes walk, made exploring so easy. our premium room was surprisingly spacious. the nightly turndown service with the local liqueur and mini natas felt special.
the street noise at night was a little bothersome, even from a higher floor.
