amazing stay!

The ceilings in public rooms are very nice. I loved the modern design within a historic palace! the outdoor pool allows for sports swimming. It's awesome. breakfast was a la carte. It was a culinary experience! drinks in the garden.
I think the walls were unfinished. They still needed painting. the hotel tries to be something it isn't. i felt it was overpriced.

The hotel is right in the center of main attractions. Made exploring so easy. there is a bus stop nearby for places a bit further away. It is super convenient. i was thrilled by how central it was!

The staff remembered my name at reception and in the dining room. It added a personal touch. i thought the breakfast service was super attentive. The staff cared about every detail. everyone was helpful and friendly!

mixed feelings about this hotel
perfect saunaneglected roomwood veneer
The sauna required a reservation. It was perfect for personal use during the time slot.
i found the room i was assigned to have many signs of neglect. there was water staining, peeling wood veneer, and paint splatters on the floor. i think the hotel should maintain the rooms to a higher standard.

I thought the location was excellent. Though the room size was smaller than I expected. I booked a Beautiful Double Room and it felt a bit cramped, especially for the price I paid. There wasn't enough space to comfortably move around. The walls was unfinished. Still needing paint, a letdown.

The hotel features a great location. The breakfast and dinner dining were good. I also appreciated the helpful staff, who provided excellent service and were mostly friendly, apart from one concierge.
