Acceptable, but Some Issues

The location offered a free airport shuttle service. It was convenient to get to and from the airport.
The room I had was quite disappointing. The AC unit was very loud, difficult to sleep. The room floor also seemed dirty. It was not what I expected.

The hotel had a quick, free airport shuttle service. rooms contained a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and an in-room safe. power blocks were easy to plug in because outlets were very accessible, and i found that the attached restaurant provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i especially liked the rooftop hot tub. It reminded me of a nice bonus.
the rooftop hot tub water could have been a bit warmer, and it was quite windy up there at night.

the hotel is located conveniently near the airport, i appreciated this greatly. there were also many stores and restaurants located just across country hills boulevard. the brewery is located within walking distance, and i thought it was well worth the stroll.

A restaurant and bar are conveniently located on the premises. I liked that a lot. the pacini restaurant in the hotel offered excellent meals and i liked the friendly atmosphere. i thought the food was great. I got a free breakfast with expedia vip status.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed. i received clear directions for the shuttle pickup at my terminal. This made the process very easy. the shuttle driver was very pleasant. I really appreciated that.

inconsistent waterloud unit
i was pretty disappointed. the hot water in the shower was inconsistent. also, the ac unit was quite loud, HARD to sleep well.
