wrong location unmarked shuttle

the room included a full kitchen. it also had a big refrigerator with a freezer.

the airport shuttle situation was quite a mess. the email gave the wrong pick-up location. we waited an hour in the cold, and the shuttle was unmarked. the hotel said the first shuttle was full and suggested we pay for an uber. it was a letdown.
