The shuttle service operates frequently. It departs every 10 minutes. The team helping with baggage was great. They helped me store extra luggage .
I noticed the pool had difficult access. The pool had little signage to guide guests. This made locating the area inconvenient. I hope they can make this more intuitive.

the hotel provided a 24-hour reception and also a decent size table was available in my room along with a lounge chair i found this especially useful for working the bedding and shower comfort was also excellent especially on the first floor where my room was located i could also walk to terminals 1 and 2 within eight minutes using the walkway.
i did notice a lack of soundproofing between the rooms and hallways .

the hotel offers a complimentary bottle of water at check-in which i appreciated after traveling the front desk staff was consistently friendly and helpful with directions and information about the area they also provide a 24-hour shuttle service to the airport.

the location is very close to the airport , made it convenient for my early morning flight quickpark is also nearby for travelers needing long-term parking the proximity to the terminals made it easy to access flights and other airport services without a long commute.

the room was spacious and clean it also included modern decor that added to the comfort of my stay the bed was very comfortable and i experienced a quiet and nothing noisy within the room it was well maintained.

limited menudated equipment
i found a couple of things disappointing . the in-room dining menu was limited. there weren't many options i found appealing and the prices seemed high for what was offered. also the fitness center was smaller than i expected. it felt a bit cramped when more than a few people were using it and some equipment looked dated.

staff kindness was amazing. alexa ensured a clear check-in. valet manager, charlie, helped with the car. the room was clean with all amenities stocked. blackout curtains helped eliminate the tarmac noise.
i booked a room, but the hotel refused to accommodate my sporting equipment. the lack of flexibility was frustrating. i won't book here again.

The hotel room was not soundproof. I can hear noise from other rooms.
