The mini-bar policy frustrated me . There were no posted prices for the wine. I was charged over $100 for two half-bottles of mediocre wine upon checkout. I could have purchased five full bottles at the airport store for the same price. Also , some bedside USB chargers did not work.

The proximity to the terminal is a great advantage. I used the spa and changed before my flight. My bags were looked after while I visited Vancouver.
