The gym had a great variety of equipment. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially at the front desk).
The bar's toilets were down two flights of stairs. There was no lift for people with mobility issues. The room had only single-use soap and shampoo etc.

Customer service was amazing. Prompt and professional responses to inquiries regarding parking and access were provided. bar and restaurant staff exhibited a personable demeanor with all guests. they fostered a friendly and relaxed atmosphere while ensuring service was both efficient and timely. nóinín particularly impressed, leaving a very favorable impression of the hotel.
the room i booked, while generally satisfactory, presented only a slight inconvenience due to its limited natural light. this minor aspect, however, did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

the reception desk staff was helpful. the rooms had nespresso machines with four pods. biscuits were also provided in the room. the rooms were cleaned daily and that was very convenient for me.
the restaurant and bar were not very busy.

The staff provided service beyond my expectations. The cleaning crew noticed we needed two floor mats and ensured our room was super clean.
The hotel lacks a proper restaurant. Dinner required searching elsewhere. The bar offers only peanuts, a very limited food option. People at the hotel were erratic, ranging from courteous to bordering rude (I found this disappointing).
