the location was great. it was walking distance to many major sights. the hotel safe area too!
The automated check-in process should have a question about advance payment. i was double charged and it caused some stress. The payment was eventually refunded! the sofa bed was also not very comfortable.

The staff were nice. Easy check in and check out were available. Tea, coffee, and milk were provided in the room upon arrival (charmed!). I liked that there was an espresso machine. The shower was very good.

i wanted apartment style accommodations with a proper chair, i found just that. the unit was super clean. the beds were the best on my trip. the laundry room was great with four pounds to wash and three to dry. i liked how close it was to the national museum of ireland.
my only downfall was the window didn't open in the room for some fresh air. it felt a small bit stuffy. that may have only been my room though.

the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. they were attentive to all requests. assistance was always available at the front desk. everyone was always polite and smiling.

The room size was smaller than I thought. also, the air conditioning didn't work properly. It kept turning off. i reported it, but maintenance never came. finally, the breakfast was pretty repetitive and not very fresh. NOT a GREAT start to the day.

The hotel had a good location near attractions. The full kitchen was a definite plus . Additional storage space under the bed helped keep the room tidy. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful with all my requests.
The air conditioning did not seem adequate, and i could not open the window for fresh air.
