The room had high-tech options including controls for the curtains (i really liked this). the staff were friendly and helpful. the bar was great. I had an excellent mojito.
The air conditioner shuts off without movement. I was woken several times as it was hot.

the air conditioning didn't work despite contacting the team repeatedly. they blamed it on being an "eco" hotel, but i expect good sleep at those prices. this impacted my plans because i was exhausted. no on-site parking or service made it difficult with my knee and back issues. it ruined my trip.

I found the room modern with complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. The bathroom included a good shower and amenities. Both the mattress and pillows ensured i had a good night's sleep. The sauna and steam room offered welcome relaxation after a long day.
The parking garage was a considerable distance away, making it slightly inconvenient for those with vehicles.

this modern hotel impressed me a lot. staff members were nice and efficient. i even received a room upgrade for free which i thought was a lovely touch. the wellness center was a great plus, equipped with everything needed for relaxation after a long day.
the air conditioning didn't quite meet my expectations, i found it challenging to adjust the temperature to my liking.

fabiola and francesco at the reception were professional and friendly, i must say. the coffee bar served a great cortado, a perfect start to the day. emily gave excellent treatments in the spa, it's a must visit i think. the room offered convenient technology and felt very comfortable.
the hotel turned out to be cashless, which i found inconvenient because i had planned to pay in cash and using a credit card overseas carries extra charges..
