the room was rather disappointing. the carpet was stained. the floor was uneven and creaked (i could hear every step). the shower was unclean around the doors, so i avoided using it. i found it to be the worst room i have encountered in some time.

The staff provided a friendly greeting when I arrived. The location was perfect. It was right next to the airport. It was very convenient for my travel needs. I also enjoyed a delicious meal in the bar. Roisin looked after me. She was very attentive and helpful throughout my meal.

I checked in after a long day of traveling. The receptionist tried to charge me an extra fee even though I had my confirmation. there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. This was not a great start. I have never heard so much noise on a hotel corridor. I think I only got about 3 hours of sleep.

The hotel is very close to the airport. I found validated parking to be included with my stay. The noise level inside the hotel was surprisingly low.

I booked a twin room. I received a small double room instead. The man at reception told me the hotel was fully booked, so I could not move to the correct room.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. That was really annoying. i also couldn't find any tea, sugar, or milk in my room, pretty inconvenient. it's frustrating when basic amenities are missing, especially after a long day. wet towels and pajamas were left in the bathroom too it seemed.

I was sick when I arrived and the comfortable bed and clean room were so nice. I was surprised by the vast number of choices at breakfast. Guests could select coffee choices for themselves at the push of a button! I stayed overnight to be close to the airport.

The room was hot and the windows barely opened. This limited airflow, made the room stuffy.
