excellent assistance clean room close location
The staff provided excellent assistance. The room was clean. The hotel is located very close to the airport. I could literally walk there!!!

minor issues during a short stay
stained carpet unclean shower
the room was rather disappointing. the carpet was stained. the floor was uneven and creaked (i could hear every step). the shower looked unclean around the doors, so i avoided using it. i found it to be the worst room i have encountered in some time.

friendly greeting perfect location extra fee sewage smell
The staff provided a friendly greeting when I arrived. The location was perfect. It was right next to the airport. It was very convenient for my travel needs. I also enjoyed a delicious meal in the bar. Roisin looked after me. She was very attentive and helpful throughout my meal.
I checked in after a long day of traveling. The receptionist tried to charge me an extra fee even though I had my confirmation. there was a sewage smell in the bathroom. This was not a great start. I have never heard so much noise on a hotel corridor. I think I only got about 3 hours of sleep.

The hotel is very close to the airport. I found validated parking to be included with my stay. The noise level inside the hotel was surprisingly low.
I booked a twin room. I received a small double room instead. The man at reception told me the hotel was fully booked, so I could not move to the correct room.

unclean bathroom missing amenities
The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. That was really annoying. i also couldn't find any tea, sugar, or milk in my room, pretty inconvenient. it's frustrating when basic amenities are missing, especially after a long day. wet towels and pajamas were left in the bathroom too it seemed.

Great Location and Clean Room
comfortable bed clean room vast choice
I was sick when I arrived and the comfortable bed and clean room were so nice. I was surprised by the vast number of choices at breakfast. Guests could select coffee choices for themselves at the push of a button! I stayed overnight to be close to the airport.
The room was hot and the windows barely opened. This limited airflow, made the room stuffy.

The room was very clean and well-presented. It included a comfortable bed. The bathroom was compact, yet it provided functional space for basic needs and felt adequate.

Breakfast had a wide array of choices, and the self-serve coffee options stood out. Hot food items were available in a buffet, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident. The restaurant offers a good choice available and very nice meal.
