I was disappointed by the noise levels. constant traffic outside made it difficult to relax, even with the windows closed. the room felt stuffy too.. i also found the room quite old and worn. It could really use an update.

the location is great. it is close to phoenix park. the reception area was always manned. the men there were very friendly and polite.
i noticed the extractor in the bathroom didn't work. this made the bathroom smell a bit musty.

The reception staff were very helpful. I found the location very convenient to the train station, a short walk. The king size bed was comfortable, I rested well. The room had tea and coffee facilities, which I found useful.
The bathroom extractor fan didn't work well, there was a slight musty smell until I opened the windows.

Heuston train station is very close to this hotel. Phoenix Park is also close. It is a great location! The hotel is ideal to catch train or to travel via taxi.
