excellent service great location spacious room comfortable bed
The service i received was really great from arrival to departure, especially from daniel at reception , he was excellent. every staff member i met was helpful, polite, and professional. the hotel's location is great . It allows for walking to grafton street and the national gallery. my room was spacious and tastefully furnished , it included a very comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean.

the hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes from the main attractions, which makes exploring the city easy. it is near trinity college, grafton street, and saint stephen's green.

the staff at reception were friendly and efficient , and one even offered helpful tips for traveling around the city. i was fortunate to check in early, and the reception staff was cute, chatty, and smiling.

ACCEPTABLE stay with ISSUES.
dusty surfaces inconvenient gym
I EXPECTED more attention to detail regarding cleanliness. The room needed more than a superficial cleaning. I noticed dust in corners and on surfaces. The gym's location in a separate building across the street was also inconvenient, requiring a walk rather than direct access.
