the staff showed courtesy and helped with city navigation. the location is in the city center and steps from a premier museum. the room includes american plug outlets which was helpful. check in was quick and straightforward. the room felt modern.

the room lacked space to put luggage or sit. the room felt really tiny. i think a small table and chairs would help.

The hotel is in a central spot. I could leave luggage all day. This helped a lot! I appreciated that the hotel felt new. Staff members are friendly. It is close to the city center.

The room had no drinking glasses or extras. This meant buying bottled water. It was a slight inconvenience. Refills became necessary. It was a small issue, but worth noting.

Staff were very helpful when I requested extra pillows. The room was clean and in good repair, a real plus. I found the location easily accessible to the city center. Public transport services are not far.

The room lacked soundproofing, so noise from the area was audible.

hot waterfriendly staff

The check-in was quick and efficient. I stayed in a Standard Double Room and it was clean. There was hot water available. The staff stored my bicycle safely.

The pillow was quite thin.
