the rooms are super clean. i found an iron with an iron board in my room, which i really needed. the hotel has loads of tea and coffee!

the staff was helpful , allowing an early check-in. i found the hotel's location to be superb, placing me close to the city center. nearby amenities were abundant and easily accessible.
the windows in my room did not open fully , which slightly limited fresh air circulation.

i found masum at the reception to be quite helpful. the location is also pretty good, close to a lot of activity..
The noise from the bar downstairs was a problem. it went on until late. i also found the cleanliness lacking in some areas. There was a dirty towel in the room.

The location was really good for getting around using buses and trams. I found the main city area quite accessible. ALL the staff were friendly. The reception staff was very polite and supportive.
The room was quite small. Wardrobe space seemed very limited in the room. Bedside lights were fixed. They could not be adjusted for reading.
