Excellent City Center Stay

The staff was very helpful. One employee even provided an umbrella. The location is ideal, near museums, Trinity College, St Patrick's cathedral, and Temple Bar. Shopping was convenient, roughly a five-minute walk away. The Ivy restaurant was also nearby. It provided a location for dinner after exploring.

The bedroom was small. I could hear other guests walking around. There was a gap under the door, so light came in from the hallway. I found sleeping quite difficult.

The staff offered assistance with directions. The reception area provided coffee and breakfast while waiting for room preparation. A staff member also helped with luggage when leaving the hotel. I appreciated the support.

the location was superb, near stephen's green and trinity college. the room was so comfortable. the decor created a fabulous atmosphere.

i didn't have air conditioning in the room, so it was very stuffy even with the window open. the staff didn't seem very helpful. the closet in the room was open with tea services at the bottom.

The location is AMAZING! it's so close to everything. my room was very clean, and the toiletries were nice. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. i especially loved the cute atmosphere in the hotel. It felt very cosy.

The location is REALLY perfect. Transport, many cafes, bars. restaurants are near. St Stephens Green is a short walk. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the foyer and lounge for snacks, coffee. drinks.

The room was a bit too warm because there was NO aircon.

The staff at check-in provided excellent assistance. the room was well appointed with good amenities. i especially enjoyed the restaurant. The pork and mashed potatoes were delicious (i highly recommend it!).

The room i was initially assigned was quite small. the heating system seemed centrally controlled, inconvenient. i also found the shower unit very compact. It was hard to move once inside.
